                                     AN ACT

     1  Designating a bridge on State Route 33 over the Lehigh River in
     2     Northampton County as the Gene Hartzell Memorial Bridge.

     3     The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
     4  hereby enacts as follows:
     5  Section 1.  Gene Hartzell Memorial Bridge.
     6     (a)  Designation authorized.--The bridge carrying State Route
     7  33 over the Lehigh River in Bethlehem and Williams Townships,
     8  Northampton County, shall be known as the Gene Hartzell Memorial
     9  Bridge.
    10     (b)  Signs.--The Department of Transportation shall erect and
    11  maintain signs at each side of the bridge displaying the name of
    12  the bridge.
    13  Section 2.  Effective date.
    14     This act shall take effect immediately.
