AN ACT
1 Making an appropriation to the Agricultural and Industrial
2 Museum of York County.
3 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4 hereby enacts as follows:
5 Section 1. The sum of $100,000 is hereby appropriated to the
6 Agricultural and Industrial Museum of York County for the fiscal
7 year July 1, 1997, to June 30, 1998, to carry out the provisions
8 of this act. Payment of this appropriation shall be made by the
9 Secretary of Agriculture in equal quarterly amounts.
10 Section 2. The Agricultural and Industrial Museum of York
11 County shall provide full, complete and accurate information as
12 may be required by the Department of Agriculture or the chairman
13 or minority chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the
14 Senate or the chairman and minority chairman of the
15 Appropriations Committee of the House of Representatives.
16 Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 1996, or
17 immediately, whichever is later.
