AN ACT
1 Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the
2 Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, providing for two
3 additional judges of the court of common pleas of the second
4 judicial district.
5 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
6 hereby enacts as follows:
7 Section 1. Section 911(a) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania
8 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
9 § 911. Courts of common pleas.
10 (a) General rule.--There shall be one court of common pleas
11 for each judicial district of this Commonwealth consisting of
12 the following number of judges:
