AN ACT
1 Repealing section 2.2 of the act of May 29, 1935 (P.L.244,
2 No.102), entitled "An act creating a Local Government
3 Commission to study and report on functions of local
4 government; their allocation and elimination; the cost of
5 local government and means of reducing it; and the
6 consolidation of local government; and making an
7 appropriation," relating to responsibility for printing.
8 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
9 hereby enacts as follows:
10 Section 1. Section 2.2 of the act of May 29, 1935 (P.L.244,
11 No.102), referred to as the Local Government Commission Law, is
12 repealed.
13 Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
