AN ACT
1 Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
2 Statutes, further providing for certain penalties relating to
3 inspection certificates.
4 The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
5 hereby enacts as follows:
6 Section 1. Section 4703(h) of Title 75 of the Pennsylvania
7 Consolidated Statutes is amended to read:
8 § 4703. Operation of vehicle without official certificate of
9 inspection.

11 (h) Penalty.--Any person violating this section is guilty of
12 a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to
13 pay a fine of [up to $25] not less than $10 nor more than $25.
14 Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
