Amends the Public School Code, amending, adding & deleting provisions relating to cyber charter schools. As amended the bill makes technical and substantive changes relating to definitions, school staff, funding for charter schools,causes for non renewal, powers and duties of the department, assessment and evaluation, cyber charter school requierments and prohibitions, school district & intermediate unit responsibilities, cyber charter school application, enrollement and notification, applicability of other provisions of this act & other acts and regulations, purchase of supplies, penalties for violation of compulsory attendance requirements, report o children not enrolling or withdrawing or being illegally absent, penalty for failure to comply and removes section 755 re: contracts to prohibit discrimination against race, creed, or color, penalty (repealed) of the shcool code, as this section was repealed by the General Assembly.
