Brief Description
Allows school entities to use existing parental involvement program or policy that reasonably fulfills the requirements of this bill rather than create a new parental involvement program. It also allows schools to place the parental involvement policy on its publicy accessible Internet website rather than provide copies to parents or guardians of every student. It would also extend the effective date from 60 to 180 days.
