Brief Description
Makes several technical revisions and adds definitions. The amendment stipulates that if the municipality fails to report their information to the county, the county does not have to include the information in the report. The amendment further provides that only those municipalities who impose a property tax shall qualify for funds under this act and changes the eligibility requirement threshold from 17% to 15%. Lastly, the amendment places a $100 per person cap, based on population, on the amount of funds a municipality may receive from this act.
