Brief Description	This amendment creates a freestanding act, removes all references to Phthalate chemicals which are already banned by the Federal Government. The amendment prohibits the manufacture and distribution in the Commonwealth of baby bottles, toddler cups and related products that include Bisphenol A (BPA) at a level above 0.1 ppb. A violation of this act would be a violation of this Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law.
