Changes the opt out provisions under the bill. I add the Mental Health Procedures Act in reference to preventing unauthorized disclosure of records or information involving the mental health screening process as part of an involuntary examination and treatment commitment under this act. Requires a school entity who no longer participates in the mental health screening program to destroy student records pertaining to the program.
