| Brief Description |
Allows the Pennsylvania Infrastructure and Investment Authority (PENNVEST) to continue to implement the requirement of complying with the Storm Water Management Act for projects designed to address urban runoff, enable PENNVEST to fund additional nonpoint source program activities under the Commonwealth's Section 319 plan and expand eligible applicants to include non-governmental entities such as non-profit organizations and watershed groups.
