This amendment reduces the amount of tax credits available from $75 million (current law and carried forward in the Governor’s Budget) to $60 million. It also revises the distribution from the proposed 75%-25% split between scholarship organizations and educational improvement organizations to $40.2 million for Educational Scholarship Organizations (67%); $13.4 million for Educational Improvement Organizations (22.33%) and $6.4 million for Pre-Kindergarten Scholarship Organizations (10.67%).
