Removes merely receiving an image or video as an element of invasion of privacy under the bill. Also eliminates the affirmative defense articulated in (b.1) for individuals who view an image or video unintentionally and with no purpose of sexual gratification, which is unnecessary once mere receipt of an image is removed from the offense.
