Brief Description
This legislation would amend Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, requiring compliance with Federal Selective Service requirements as part of the application for learners' permits or drivers' licenses. This amendment would require a memorandum of understanding between the department and the Selective Service System to obtain reimbursement of costs incurred by the department in carrying out the provisions of this section.
