and the section is amended by adding a subsection
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 6 and 7
(b.1) Payment of fines.--Each fine collected under this
section shall be paid to municipal police agencies or the
agencies providing police services in the county in which the
conviction occurred for use in the enforcement of nuisance
offenses under this chapter.
