Amend Bill, page 221, line 10, by striking out "(RESERVED)."
and inserting
From money available to the Department of Conservation
and Natural Resources, the Department of Conservation and
Natural Resources shall repair a road that:
(i) is owned by the Department of Conservation and
Natural Resources on behalf of the Commonwealth;
(ii) ceased to be actively maintained by the
Department of Conservation and Natural Resources within
10 years prior to the effective date of this paragraph;
(iii) contains multiple inhabited primary
residences; and
(iv) due to the cessation of the maintenance under
subparagraph (ii), is largely unpassable as of the
effective date of this paragraph.
