subsection to read:
§ 411. Registration to do business in this Commonwealth.

(h) Registration not consent to general personal
jurisdiction.--Notwithstanding 42 Pa.C.S. § 5301 (relating to
persons), a foreign filing association or foreign limited
liability partnership that registers to do business under this
chapter does not, by registration, consent to be subject to
general personal jurisdiction in the tribunals of this
Commonwealth.
