Amend Bill, page 3, lines 10 through 13, by striking out all
of said lines and inserting
(a) Establishment.--The Safer Sealant Fund is established as
a restricted fund within the State Treasury. Money in the fund
may only be used, upon appropriation by the General Assembly, to
further the purposes of this act.
