Amend Bill, page 2, line 5, by inserting after "include"
school safety and security improvements or
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 11 and 12
(12) "School safety and security improvements" means
construction, reconstruction, demolition, alteration or repair
work:
(i) performed to enhance or improve school safety and
security; and
(ii) that is:
(A) recommended or identified by a school safety and
security assessment performed under Article XIII-B of the act of
March 10, 1949 (P.L.30, No.14), known as the "Public School Code
of 1949";
(B) paid for in whole or in part from money provided under
section 1306-B of the "Public School Code of 1949"; or
(C) identified in the criteria developed by the school
safety and security committee under section 1303-B of the
"Public School Code of 1949."
