AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 2153

Amend Bill, page 2, lines 5 and 6, by striking out all of
said lines and inserting
dollars ($25,000), but shall not include:
(i) work performed under a rehabilitation or manpower
training program[.]; and
(ii) either of the following work performed in a building
owned by or under the control of a public school entity or
nonpublic school where classes are taught or extracurricular
activities are conducted on a regular basis:
(A) asbestos abatement performed in accordance with the act
of December 19, 1990 (P.L.805, No.194), known as the Asbestos
Occupations Accreditation and Certification Act; or
(B) abatement of lead-based paint hazards performed in
accordance with the act of July 6, 1995 (P.L.291, No.44), known
as the Lead Certification Act.
