Amend Bill, page 1, line 10, by inserting after "definitions"
; and, in requirements and prohibitions, providing for entities
with government partnerships
Amend Bill, page 2, by inserting between lines 13 and 14
Section 2. The act is amended by adding a section to read:
Section 307. Entities with government partnerships.
An entity that has partnerships, collaborations or research
contracts with Commonwealth entities, agencies or officials
shall provide public records in accordance with this act. The
public records shall include information about donors to the
entity or its affiliates.
Amend Bill, page 2, line 14, by striking out "2" and
inserting
