AMENDMENTS TO HOUSE BILL NO. 2314

Amend Bill, page 1, line 2, by inserting after "for"
establishment and use of Game Fund and for
Amend Bill, page 1, lines 6 and 7, by striking out all of
said lines and inserting
Section 1. Section 521(b) heading of Title 34 of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes is amended and the subsection
is amended by adding a paragraph to read:
ยง 521. Establishment and use of Game Fund.

(b) Specific allocation of certain revenues and
prohibition.--

(4) No moneys from the Game Fund, including amounts
donated to the commission under section 523 (relating to
donations), may be used for grants for habitat improvement,
development, maintenance, protection and restoration
conducive to increasing natural propagation of game and
wildlife on land not under the control or operation of the
commission.
Section 2. Section 522(a) and (c) of Title 34 are amended to
read:
