Amend Bill, page 1, line 15, by inserting after "established"
within the Department of Education
Amend Bill, page 1, lines 18 and 19, by striking out
"universities within the State System of Higher Education and
community colleges" and inserting
colleges and universities
Amend Bill, page 2, lines 29 and 30; page 3, line 1; by
striking out all of said lines on said pages and inserting
(6) Four representatives from the independent nonprofit
colleges and universities in this Commonwealth who are
appointed by a Statewide association that represents
independent nonprofit colleges and universities.
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 9 and 10
(10) One representative from a nonpublic school
appointed by a Statewide association that represents
nonpublic schools.
Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 17 and 18
(f) Administrative and technical support.--
(1) The Department of Education shall provide
administrative support, meeting space and any other
assistance required by the task force to implement the task
force's duties under this section.
(2) The Department of Education shall provide technical
support, including data, research and other assistance
required by the task force to implement the task force's
duties under this section.
