Amend Bill, page 3, by inserting between lines 19 and 20
(f) HAZMAT.--In order to receive a tax credit under this
section, an eligible active volunteer of a volunteer HAZMAT team
must do all of the following:
(1) Maintain HAZMAT Operations or a Technician
certificate.
(2) Attend a minimum of four HAZMAT drills or exercises
per year.
