(b) The appropriation under subsection (a) includes
$11,500,000 for information technology and other associated
costs related to the Workers' Compensation Automation and
Integration System merger and the DT 1.6 - The Digital
Transformation Project. The $11,500,000 may not be expended for
any other purpose.
