Amend Bill, page 11, by inserting between lines 23 and 24
Section 5. In applying and construing this act,
consideration must be given to the need to promote uniformity of
the law with respect to its subject matter among states that
enact it.
Section 6. This act applies to a civil action commenced or a
cause of action asserted in a civil action on or after the
effective date of this section.
